Forest Park Community (FPC) is a non-profit under the Housing Authority of San Angelo (HASA) that owns and operates rental units throughout the city. 174 of these units were previously converted from HUD’s Public Housing program and are designated for Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) holders or for renters whose annual income does not exceed 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
FPC offers affordable homes for has affordable Family and Senior Living homes available with unique amenities. Our single-family and duplex homes have fully-equipped kitchens, spacious bedrooms, and washer/dryer connections. Each property has access to our community garden located at the Alta Loma properties on Junius St.
