The HASA is committed to complying with federal civil rights requirements. Under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related HUD regulations, recipients of federal funding must take reasonable steps to ensure meaningful access to programs and services for individuals with limited English proficiency.
This LEP Plan outlines the steps the HASA takes to provide language assistance, when needed, so that all eligible individuals can access housing programs and services as required by law.
