The Housing Authority of San Angelo (HASA) proudly serves Tom Green County and surrounding communities, including Barnhart, Big Lake, Bronte, Carlsbad, Christoval, Eldorado, Grape Creek, Knickerbocker, Mereta, Mertzon, Ozona, Robert Lee, San Angelo, Sherwood, Sterling City, Sonora, Vancourt, Veribest, Wall, and Water Valley. Eligible households may apply online to be added to the waiting list for the program of their choice.

Important Information for Applicants Outside HASA's jurisdiction:
- Applicants who live outside HASA's jurisdiction must attend all preliminary and certification briefings in person at our office. These meetings cannot be conducted by mail, email, or phone unless a Reasonable Accommodation is approved.
- Households must lease a unit within HASA's jurisdiction for one full year before becoming eligible for portability. This means vouchers cannot be transferred to another jurisdiction until the first year of assistance is complete.

Updating/Renewing Applications
Please note: The Housing Authority of San Angelo (HASA) no longer issues renewal cards. It is the applicant's responsibility to remember when to renew their application.
Renewal Requirements:
- Applications must be renewed every 6 months from the original application date, or up to 7 days prior.
- Failure to renew within this timeframe will result in your application being removed from the waiting list.
Helpful Tips:
- If you provide a valid email address on your online application, HousingManager.com will send you a reminder when it's time to renew.
- If you do not have an email address, you may print a copy of your application after submitting it and use it as a renewal reminder.
- You may log in to HousingManager.com at any time to update your information or make changes to your application.
